Trying to figure out the best activity level for me. I am a Repsiratory Therapist and work 3-4. 12's a week. I am in my feet a lot but also sit around for 1-2 hrs at a time. I do cardio 6 days a week for 45 minutes. Trying to decide if that's active or lightly active. I don't do much other than what I just described.

    Are you trying to loose or maintain or gain weight? It sounds like you're active. Why not try that for a few weeks and see how it works for you? You can always go back in and change it later. :)
