I've had a severe case PF when I was younger. In the past 2 weeks I notice that I am having a slight pull in my inside ankle and in step. It feels like the start of PF no where near as severe. The point of all this is. I'm starting a weight loss competion tomorrow and I'm going to be going really hard on cardio. How can I prevent from further injuring myself??

Get yourself a night splint and use it for a few nights when you feel the symptoms coming on. Also proactively treat it by folling your foot hard on an ice bottle and a golf ball.
