Hi! I am new to my fitness pal. I've heard a lot of great things about it and I'm always looking for new ways to keep track of my daily habits. I am a mother of four who doesn't get much time to exercise. I was always very thin until I started having children. I am about 40 pounds overweight and will admit the older I get, the harder it is to shed. I look forward to meeting people with the same goals and who can share in positive experiences they've had.
