i thought this would be a great way to get some meal prep ideas out to everyone. Tonpost your meal prep selfie and details of the meal prep.
Below I have 8 oz servings of Talapia with 1 cup of veggies. I weighed out the Talapia pre coked and individually wrapped and baked in tin foil with just a little by of lemon pepper seasoning. I like to fill my oven up if it is running so I cooked 6 lbs of fish.

This is a typical day - roast vegetable and chicken soup in portions, mushroom/spinach turkey burgers, chicken/zucchini nuggets and turkey/zucchini meatballs frozen and bagged, vegetable chicken burritos frozen and bagged, bacon/cabbage frittata, and turkey/mushroom/cauliflower/zucchini stuffed peppers for individual frozen lunches.0

Queenmunchy - your turkey/zucchini meatballs look like a good protein meal for me. Do you have a quick recipe? Thanks!

Sure! 1lb of lean ground turkey, 1 egg, 1-2 shredded zucchini with the moisture squeezed out, about 20g of grated Parmesan or Romano and seasoning of choice (I use some adobo and Italian). Roll into about 30 meatballs and bake on a cookie sheet at 425 for about 15-18 mins.
To freeze them just remove from the sheet pan and wipe it down, then put the meatballs back onto the pan and put in the freezer. Once solid, transfer from the pan to a freezer bag. This is how you can avoid them sticking together and just remove the amount you want.0 -

I eat a fair amount of ground turkey...sometimes a pound a day...maybe I'll throw some spinach in there as well.

Thanks for this I'm always up for trying new meatball recipes0 -
I just started meal prepping a couple weeks ago so this is what I have done so far. As I was prepping I asked my family if they wanted to join me and everyone said no, 3 days later I had no more food containers. The pasta is actually zucchini pasta from Jillian Michaels and it is so yummy! The noodles were soft and sweet, they really complimented the cherry tomatoes and mushrooms that were sauteed in the same pan.

I meant that's a typical day of meal prep, just to be clear lol. My child/fiancé eat 3 meatballs or nuggets at a time, or they'll heat up a burrito, etc. I probably eat 1/8-1/6 lb of ground turkey in a day - if I eat it! When you meal prep to make sure your whole family is eating vegetables/healthy food it's slightly different from making meals just for one person. I just make sure every meal component is made with vegetables, easy to heat up, low calorie, and tasty. We can pull what we want at any time.0
