Hi I have been trying to loose weight since March , I'm walking , counting calories , drinking water, cut portion size , useing my tredmil , I can loose a pound or two but then just go back up again I really don't know where I'm going wrong any advice please

First I have to ask: Are you staying within your calorie intake? are you eating too much sodium? and are you getting balanced foods, for example, fruits, vegetables, whole grain, lean meats, low fat dairy? That is what I learned through the years and needed to get that in check from the beginning.............0

Hi thanks for the reply , yes sticking to calories , never thought to look at sodium
Eating all those things , the dairy I only have is skimmed milk ,0
