So this morning my knee feels very stiff and is visible swollen. It doesn't hurt; however I'm skipping my running workout today because I don't want to make it worse. I think its just from working out, my current routine consist of pilates, running, walking, yoga, and the elliptical. I would like suggestions of what precautions I can take to prevent or limit swelling of my knee.

You can try to RICE it: rest, ice, compression, elevation and see if that helps. Aleve helps me with any joint swelling, I take 2 twice a day until the swelling is gone. But if it gets bad go see your MD to make sure its not anything serious!0
