Hi guys I have an amazing sweet and sour chicken recipe to share that tastes just like the real thing made with diet orange fanta..
Serves 2
Ingredients:
375g of chicken breast in bite sized chunks
250g smooth passata
1tsp dark soy sauce
Approx 3/4 can of diet orange fanta
50g red pepper
50g French pineapple chunks
You pretty much just fry the chicken and pepper til soft, add the passata, fanta and soy sauce and allow to simmer for 20mins! It's so easy and only 286cals per serving, I had it with rice mixed with scrambled egg and peas.
