Was doing really well for two weeks but then two days going way over cico big lesson re alcohol at family celebrations this weekend. Also a birthday meaning b/day cake left over shouting my name. Moderation is definitely the issue with me. If its not in the house I'm OK but not enough cals left to fit it in. I guess I'm looking for support to feel in control again and ask if people have to stay away from certain foods as it triggers a downward spiral or if they can learn to live harmoniously with them? Support and advice needed pls x
