What I learned today: 4 small pieces of candy, almost 200 calories.

So at work today there was candy. And I had one, then three more. I was concidering having another one, but figured I should log them first. At which point I found out that these tiny pieces of candy had a little less then 50 calories each.
I don't regret having the candy, because they were delicious. But in the future I'm going to check how many calories are in them before I eat them, and then maybe eat one or two.

I'm glad you looked it up! Candy is tricky. I'm forever weighing out Skittles & jelly beans (my two favorites).0

Yep. My son got me chocolate truffles for Mother's Day - 110 calories EACH! Yikes. They're delicious though.0
