    Thanks everyone! This is exciting because we're just getting started! What we're doing now is the new normal. We don't have cheat days, but there are days we splurge a bit. A helpful friend on here said cheating denotes negativity. I don't look at a splurge as a negative. I look at it as a treat that's planned and enjoyed. Then right back to normal.

    I'll never be successful if I ate as I have in the past, and I'm finally accepted it!
