To get strength and add muscle definition (tone), lifting weights (and progressively getting heavier) would be your best bet. If you're the type that likes cardio, you can add that into your daily routine as well, but you don't have to if you don't want to. "Healthy," eating wise, is a very loose term. Many people are going to define it many different ways. In my opinion I eat pretty healthy but to someone else I might not.

Interval training is great to help tone, something like the 30 Day Shred (level 1 free on youtube) will really help you lose inches - its a mix of cardio and strength.

Eat in a deficit to lose fat while doing resistance training while eating sufficient protein to retain muscle is the easiest way I know of.
  • Thank you all :)
