Is it ok to do cardio 7 days a week or is a break of at least one day needed?

Cardio should be every day, whether it be low impact and "easy" like walking, or high impact and more difficult such as running. The balance is in taking easy, less intense days when you need to. I aim to be active every day and take an "easy" day once a week or more sometimes if my body tells me to.0
