Hi all :-) im a working momma to 2 year old twin boys that keep me busy, yet ive gained back all the weight I lost in order to become pregnant (85 lbs). I realized that no matter how busy I am I need to take care of me so I can be around a long time for these boys. Hoping to find lots of positive support on here againd

    Hi! Mum of 5 month old twins and a toddler, looking to get back in shape and stop mindlessly eating. Going to be tough to find the time, but, as you say, definitely worth it.
