I'm new to this site. Day 1 for me. I have a long journey ahead of me. My plans are to take it day by day.

It's my first day as well, although I used to use this site about 3 years ago. I have found that it is best to take things in small chunks so that the overall goal doesn't seem so intimidating. Congratulations on making the commitment to do this!0
