I have been struggling to lose weight after an injury 2 years ago. My goal is about 20 lbs but it's hard since I can't exercise and solely rely on my diet!

    Good luck Kathy. Exercise is no longer correlated with weight loss. Although they do go hand in hand mentally, you CAN lose weight with just your diet. MFP gives you the tools to do just that! Good luck :)

    I feel your pain. I gained a lot of weight after tearing my Achilles tendon and then being laid up with a staph infection. You can do it, though. Just keep your head up and your calorie count down! Haha. :smile:
