Hello my names sharon and I've recently decided to get back on track with my fitness. I have been taking juice plus whole food nutritional supplements to bridge the gap of what I eat and should eat. I'm doing this alongside a healthy balanced diet. I hope I can meet other people on here to help keep me motivated and share my health journey with :)
