Hi Gastric Sleevers!!

I am sure that is not how you spell that but I am looking for support after having gastric sleeve surgery 5-11-15. Please don't bash me for having this surgery. I did not cheat, this was a hard decision! These past couple of days have been rough as I heal, stick to a liquid diet, and learn a new way to eat, cook, etc at 52 years old! I did this to help alleviate chronic pain from vascular issues. My vascular surgeon told me this was what I needed to do to get better. He told me in Oct, again in Dec, I turned him down both times! Then Jan 4th my healthy, skinny, 6 year younger then me hubby had a massive heart attack! I almost lost him, it was time for us to get healthy so we would have more years together. We both quit smoking, our diets changed, and I got ready to have my surgery with my husbands support. Send me a message, lets support each other for success!
