I am a 42 yr old female. I am 5'7 and I am at 122lbs. I lift 5-6 days a wk and cardio 25 mins. I've gained a great deal of muscle but have found I loose a few pounds once in awhile. I have difficulty keeping up with my calories. I'm not sure how much protein and calories I should be taking in but I'm concerned I'll keep loosing weight. I seem to need higher calorie foods that are healthy. I'm a single mom and have little time to eat. Ty

Welcome!
I'll just leave this here for you:

Calorie dense foods like full-fat dairy, avocados, nut butters, eggs will help. Cook with oils like olive oil that have 120 calories per tbsp. Add protein shakes, using protein powder, the nut butters, the full fat dairy, etc. between meals. You can make them up and drink them easily.0

Have you looked at IIFYM (If it Fits Your Macros) - I think it would be great for you. It gives you a breakdown of the macronutrients (protein, fat and carbs) that you need to reach your goals.0

There's a calculator you can use at http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ - I've had great results with it. And there's no restrictions on what you can eat0
