I've been dieting and exercising 6 days a week for 3 weeks now. This Saturday I weighed myself and weighed 162. This morning I weighed myself I weighed 172!! I did break my diet Saturday and Sunday and had quite a bit of beer on Saturday. Will my weight go back down?? I'm so crushed and disappointed in myself.

Alcohol and sodium and spike weight for sure! Its water weight that will come down in a day or 2. Is it TTOTM? That will spike it was well. Last week, thanks to poor choices and TTOTM I went from 152-158. Today I was 151. Don't be discouraged0

Only weigh once a week, at the same time and the same day0

I would never weigh after a rough weekend. I don't take well to scale fluctuations so only weigh every 2 weeks now. My weight is coming down in a nice slow trend so that's great. I don't need to upset myself with every little fluctuation. Some people like knowing. I do not ha ha! It will come off again don't worry!0

Ask yourself whether you managed to consume 35,000 calories over your maintenance figure this weekend
