Back on Track

So, I feel like I should post here today due to the fact that I finally got back on track two days ago after months of slacking. The good news? After losing 64 pounds initially, I have gained back only six since December. This is not something I am proud of, but what amazes me is that with all the junk I have consumed over the last few months, I have maintained my weight pretty well all things considered. I think the healthy eating did a lot to fix my metabolism to some extent. I also think I have a different concept of what "heinous quantities of junk food" means. Two years ago the "gee, you're being a total pig, stop eating" threshold was likely a lot higher in my mind.
Anyway, I just want to say that I am back in business because going away from my goal weight is unacceptable to me. 125...here I come.

Your story sounds close to mine- I'm back as of yesterday after taking off 3 months. I gained back 12 of the 24 I had lost. I'm aiming for around 125 as well. Here's to continuing our journey!!0

You sound like me! I gained back 7 of the 11 pounds I lost after 3 months off (knee injury, moving, blah...). Good luck!0
