In addition to logging everything I eat as I go along. Which is fantastic. I fond that writing.out a menu first thing in. the morning. For the day has helped me stay on track. Much better than checking out whats in the fridge at mealtime. Ive also started not having breakfast until completing a 12 hour fast. So far so good.

Agree with you about pre-planning. I also like to skip the morning meal and eat later on in the day.0

I try to close the kitchen at 7 pm so I fast 12 hours and still get breakfast. But if I eat later at.night. Then breakfast is delayed0
