needing support

Hi all

I have been using this app for a few months. At the beginning I was really motivated and the weight started to drop... extremely slowly. Over time I seem to have fallen into old habits and all the work I had done is down the drain ! I need help from everyone on how you stay motivated ! Mainly after work and actually going to the gym and with eating and how you make good choices when your hungry and need to eat something big.. and chocolate !

Please help!

    hi i went through the same thing i lost 17 pounds then was not loosing was disapointed in 2 weeks i gain back 8 pounds. but now since 2 weeks i am back and i would says doing great if you want to add me and encourage each other, changing what you eat is a must. veggies seem to help alot.
