Please add if you keep a food log open, are working on lowering carbs and sugars. Trying to lose about 10-15 pounds and Maintain stable blood sugar below 85. No grains is a goal. Reading David Perlmutter's new book on the microbiome. Do we share goals for getting healthy? Let's connect and support.

    Hi! I log everyday and have an open diary. I try to eat a balanced diet with lean proteins, more fruits and veggies and less pasta and bread. I try to hit 40 carbs, 30 protein, 30 fat. I find that if I go too low on the carbs, I don't feel so well. But I try to have my fill of fruits and veggies before I eat starchy carbs.

    I have been keeping a diary and have recently refocused and now doing a strict meal plan to get me going. I'm learning a lot about carbs.

    Hiya for medical reasons I try to have 13g fat under 100g carbs and the rest protein. Diary always open. Feel free to add me
