net vs food calories to meet goal

I'm working under the assumption that my "calorie goal" should be met with the 'net' calories. I notice that if my net falls btwn 1200 and 1500 calories I don't feel hungry. I've noticed others don't eat back their exercised calories at all and some have net calories landing in the 200-300 range. I have a hard time finding research on this on the net. So, my question to you all:
1. have you been eating back some or all of your exercised calories?
2. if so, have you had success in continued pounds lost or inches lost?
3. if not, have you had success?
4. is anyone doing weight training and does that effect your decision to eat back exercised calories?
thanks!

I eat them back. I haven't weighed in over a month, but I have dropped a size and the next size lower is getting closer to buttoning.0
