Awesome to see the different variety of favorite's that people have!0

Rows, Romanian deadlifts, and pushups. And I like to play softball just for fun, not really for exercise, but I don't end up doing it very often.0

Running and calisthenics for me. I'm having trouble sticking to yoga, probably to my disadvantage. It's more of a time issue adding in more routines than anything else.0

Deadlift.
Of all the Olympic lifts, I like that one the most. Power lift in it's purest form.
Plus it's just fun to lift heavy like that. People watch.0 -
Starting to fall in love with deadlifts. Just pulled 225 for reps last night and felt like a king. It's still baby weight but it's the most I've ever moved.0

I do group exercise classes. And love it! They are hard, painful, very sweaty but I feel amazing afterwards. I do zumba, kettlercise, rebounding (on a trampoline) and a couple of other cardio and weights classes. I've lost over a hundred pounds in just under two years and feel so fit!0

Bench press! Just because I can...0

Sprinting.0

Running, distance running particularly. Why? Great for cardiopulmonary fitness, high calorie burn for time invested, and I like being able to run across a city. Or two. Or three.

Squats and OHP. Just love the movements in each of them.
Loved rugby before all the knee injuries.0 -
Deadlifts. Just the feeling of effortless power on a perfect pull.0

My favorite exercise is the deadlift, it's challenging and makes me feel like a badass. lol I love to leg press as well, feeling my legs screaming at me!0

Hey guys!
I just want to know about what all your favourite exercises are and why you love them so much!
Mine would be the leg press, I absolutely love this exercise because I love the strain it puts on my hamstrings, just that raw feeling!
So please share your thoughts guys! What is your favourite exercise!
Thanks,
G
100% agree with leg press. Hammer those plates on and let your quads burn so much you could cook scrambled egg whites on them

Long distance running!0

Yoga and walking. My right heel has been hurting in the last few months and I am afraid I might have developed the dreadful plantar fasciitis.0
-
Dead lift because it's my heaviest lift and makes me feel strong. Squats can make me nervous or feel weak and OHP and bench are boring.0
