Reading Dr Perlmutter's second recent book re creating a healthy microbiome for weight loss, brain health, etc. this further supported my goals of lowering carbs,reducing sugars, and grain elimination. Want to lose 10-15 lbs, keep a steady fasting glucose under 85 and no higher than 120 after meals. Let me know if you want to add me with the caveat of an open food diary..thanks!
