@kipp_it I got my order in yesterday evening. I haven't had a chance to try the pasta but the snack crackers are awesome. Calories range around 60 to 70 calories for 1 oz servings and 10 to 11 g of fiber. I brought a serving and a half since most of my snacks average around 100 calories. I ate them a couple hours ago. They haven't hurt my stomach like fiber one does and the taste is great. The one I ate today was the garlic & herb. I tried the pizza last night. Both were good. If the pasta is as good as the snacks, I'm very impressed.

Draw back is they are high in sodium but if you don't have a health condition to limit sodium, I don't see an issue.

    Just my two cents. =)

Oh and thanks again @Need2Exerc1se !

You're welcome. And thank you! I tried their flatbread crackers and didn't care for the texture. So, I've been reluctant to give the others a try. But maybe I will based on your review.

I bought the flatbread crackers but I haven't tried them. I was hesitant about that one. But I went ahead. Maybe I can eat them with tuna and like it. I did notice the texture of the snack crackers are different meaning they're not as crisp and they seem a little like grainy if that's a good word. But the taste was worth the texture difference. I felt the same way about fiber one products. I could pick up on that grainy type texture.

where pasta is concerned, portion control is the key. Most pasta comes in at roughly the same calorie count per serving.

I'm personally not big on the Fiber Gourmet stuff and other "fake" pasta...*kitten* tastes like cardboard.

What is "fake" about fiber gourmet pasta?

I love my pasta. I'm not big on whole grain for tough texture but I've eaten smart taste pastas and also dream fields. Both I liked. If I can eat pasta and help my cholesterol at same time, it's a winner for me. Living in a small town, some higher fiber fruits and veggies aren't available. I try to incorporate beans and such.
