Micros that are more important than the ones MFP provides.

Hi everyone. I have started paying attention to my micros more and more ever since i started using MFP.
So i was wondering which other vitamins and minerals, that are important, are not actually included in the nutrition list MFP provides. Like Omega 3 fatty acids, maybe zinc?
What puts them higher in your importance list?

    Well all of the vitamins, mineralss, prebiotics, probiotics, etc... are important! one isnt necessarily better than the other in my opinion! Do you take anything for NUTRITION?

    I personally pay close attention to Fiber, Iron, Biotin, Vitamin's A-C, and Omega 3. I take different vitamins to get a good dose of each. Fiber keeps you full and makes you poop, Iron helps the system run better and keeps you from being cold, Biotin & Vitamin B are good for the hair, nails and skin. Omega 3 is good for brain function and memory. I haven't read up on all of the others

    All of them, but I know I eat the right foods and keep my self in as good of a balance that I can and along with a vitamin supplement every morning to boost those daily recommend values..
