Old to MFP but new again.

I am back because I have fallen down and need to be picked back up. About a year ago I was so close to finally hitting my weight and fitness goals. Then a few set backs and I have put back on close to 22 lbs. I don't want those back anymore. So, here I am ready to get back on track and lose this weight. Looking for some motivated, fun, and exceptional friends to help keep me up. Not motivated in a way where you must carry me. I believe only the person themselves can create the motivation it takes to get up and move and eat better. So, just mainly people who have ideas and friendship that I can count on. I can honestly say that the food I have been eating didn't climb up and rape my mouth, I chose to eat those bad items. My legs and arms didn't just wake up one day and stop working, I stopped using them. Now is the time to get that all moving again in the right direction and get this back. So if you are interested in a new friend then, here I am feel free to add me.
