I'm confused about the calories in Quinoa. My bag says that for 1/4 cup dry, it's 160 calories. So how much would the serving size be once its cooked? Because I like to cook a cup at a time.
Also, how long will quinoa keep in the refrigerator? I like to cook a cup at a time so I can eat on it for a few days. But I may not eat it in consecutive days, so how long would it keep?
Thanks!

Just measure it before you cook it. All pasta, rice, quinoa etc will take up variable amounts of water when cooked. If you measured 1 cup dry, then you'll have four servings once it's cooked.0

Agreed, just measure it dry, then divide into portions once it's cooked.
I wouldn't keep quinoa in the refrigerator more than a week, but you can freeze it if you like to have it on hand.0
