How much protein/fat on carbo load

I've read a lot about how many carbs to add per pound of body weight to properly carbo load but I'm wondering what folks do with their fat and protein. If my maintenance at 238lb with light activity and no workouts (for the sake of leveling out MFP) is 3010 calories but it's suggested I eat 4-5g of carbs per pound through the 3 days before my big race that alone will put me at 2,856-3,808 calories from carbs.
