Yummy lunch (meal) on the run

What is your favourite quick lunch when you are on the run? I just tried this and it is one of my new favourites!

Profit Vanilla protein powder, 1 cup 2% milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and a banana blended into a shake :-) 430 calories, no added sugar and 28g protein :-)

Edited to add: there is some added sugar in the PB I think, but nothing else. Need to find some natural stuff!

    Chocolate Shakeology. 170 cals - 16g protein - 22g carbs - 5g fiber - 9g sugar (natural, not splenda or stevia like Visalus) and plently of all natural ingredients.
