Ab Workout

I've been working with my trainer. And I can see the difference in my abs.
I usually have a yoga ball or weights when working the abs. Any suggestions so I can beast my workouts a little more for the abs.

*mind you I had the weight loss surgery so I have lots of excess skin. However I'm still proud of me!!

    Ab wheel, the ball is great lay on your back on the ball and roll it around. Sit ups, leg raise, planks, side planks, lunges there are so many

    Yes I did the ball with the plank and boy oh boy I thought I was going to fall over. I was really shaky but I plan to keep working on that. Side planks were a bit easier to do. But I will take al of this into my exercise plan. Thanks !!
