hi yall! New here, well I was here a while ago then gave it up. I'm in it for good now! I could use some friends :) and fitbit friends are welcome!

    Hi. I'm new here also. Just started last Friday. Really need some guidance as far as food choices. Starting to see how much sodium I take in. Ick. swebb your screen name caught my eye as my middle name is Sue and my maiden name is Webb. :-)
