I am a 41 yr. old female. Approximately 5ft and 147 lbs. Trying to lose about 20 lbs. I love to eat carbs and drink beer so I am struggling. Anyone else who can relate?

    Hello...doing the same lose a couple gain one..lol rollercoaster or stockmarket..

    lol I really don't want to give up my beer and yummy food but I guess something has to give. :-(
