Hello, just started tracking my calories. Need suggestions on what's the best thing to eat (: thank you!

    Depends what you want to eat and if you are bothered about carbs,fats etc. Fish is good as it's really low in calories. My saviour is jarred pickles- hardly any carbs or calories so I have these if I haven't got many calories left!

    Your body doesn't care about what specific foods you eat, only your palate does. Choose a rich variety of whole, minimally processed foods that you really enjoy to eat and go from there.
