Sync myfitnesspal with Fitbit calorie intake/output

does anyone know if it's possible to sync the Fitbit dashboard ie. Calorie in vs out, with my fitness pal?

No it is not.

MFP will sync with Fitbit (meaning if you enter food/exercise in MFP, the calories will go over to Fitbit) but not the other way around.
