Hello fellow MFP members! I've been reading a lot of blogs about weight loss and found that having something to write about and look forward to plays a big part in the motivation of weight loss so that's what I plan to do here. A lot of people think that losing weight is something I don't need to be concerned about as I only weigh 130 pounds. That isn't a healthy weight for my body type, and I've become really self conscious over the last couple of months. It's apparent to me that I'm gaining weight in the normal places (thighs, lower abdomen, butt) and I'm just not motivated enough to stick to a normal workout routine and healthy lifestyle. I've lost my fit and healthy body that I can barely remember and I want to get it back! Support on here would be excellent since I'm not getting it from the people around me because they don't think I should be too concerned.
