Beem doing real good on my weight loss almost 45 days in and dropped from 189.8-180.3. But its finals week so I won't be as active. Usually I work out 4 days a week. Probably won't have time to hit the gym till Friday, which will be one week since last time I hit the gym. Only reason I ask should I lower my calories bc I won't be as active? I weighed in 182 today after weighing 180.3 this past Friday.

I'm also going through finals week. To be honest, I'm not too concerned with my calorie intake. Stress causes me to not want to eat, so if I have a few days this week where I'm way under my calorie goal, I'll simply eat a few more calories once my finals are done.
If you're doing TDEE, I could see why you might reduce your calories to account for your inactivity, but you shouldn't need to lower your calories if you're following NEAT (logging your exercise into MFP to gain more calories to consume).0 -
I debated it this week too. I have a sprained knee so I'm not exercising. I know I really should drop my calories to account for it, but I hate being so very hungry all the time. I'm just going to accept the big gain I'm sure I'll end up with and try and get back on track next week. I should add I do TDEE - so I need those exercise burns to cover my higher calorie goal.0

If you are doing finals then you need brain food. At worst the stress will put on a few pounds. There is always next week to get back to eating a calorie deficient diet. Spend all your energy on studies and forget calories - brains can only do one thing well at a time.0

Are you following MFP method in which case it's set at no exercise so you just eat that
You should have been eating back your exercise calories (well 50%) up to now because MFP is NEAT method

You must be male-1 -
If you're using MFP correctly, there is no reason to change your calories.0
