Keeping motivated this time!

Hey there! I'm Samantha :)
I have used MFP on and off since 2013. The accountability factor has always been a struggle. I didn't even know this community board was here!

Well I'm getting focused and hoping to loose 40 pounds in the long run. I've noticed being able to talk about your fitness goals and weight loss journey is motivational and helps keep me on track. I've been tracking my food for almost a month now and have lost 7 pounds. Hoping to keep that up and just interact with people with the same goals!

    Congrats already! Im just back again after avout a year and just found the community page. What a good idea! Accountability is definitely a helpful motivator.
