Starting my 30's out right!

Hello,
My name is Kelly. I got the biggest shock of my life last year when I hit almost 300 lbs. I honestly didn't see it creeping up on me and I actually hid THAT much weight pretty well. I started to take notice when it was getting hard for me to move around, breath and sleep. To top that off I was having chest pains, joint pains and marital issues. I decided to start my 30's off on the right track, getting back in shape and getting healthy. I was doing weight watchers for a while, but I found myself falling off of that pretty quickly because the cost was so high and I stopped seeing results with their points methods. I found this to be a pretty good tool because it gives me a breakdown of all nutrients that I should be eating and what I am actually eating. I can find and pinpoint the exact areas that need to be fixed, such as finding lower sodium foods (after seeing what my current intake of sodium is). Weightwatchers did not really account for that as you don't really see the breakdown. I am down to 269 lbs right now, since November, but have been stuck there for a few months now. I am hoping that with switching up the diet by seeing my actual intake, and seeing realistic calculations of what I am actually burning according to my weight, I will start to see some more results. When I signed up a week ago I was 272, so hopefully that is a permanent change in the right direction and not more plateauing and yo-yo'ing around the same point. Plateau's happen, but it gets really annoying when it is at the same weight each time. I have noticed that it is no longer hard for me to move around, I no longer have body pain or chest pain and I have lost some weight overall, (about 100 more pounds to go). I just feel like the marital problems are still there. I want to get back the body I had when I got married so that my husband will have no excuse to not shower me with love and affection. He claims that it is because he is tired, but the low-self esteem in me says otherwise.
Anyways, I wish everyone luck on their journey, whether it be to lose or gain the weight. If you want a friend in the process, send me a message. I love making new friends and we can help each other be accountable to our goals and help one another stay motivated!
Cheers!
