hi everyone! i'm pretty new to this as far as tracking my calorie intake ,etc so im open for any support/advice you are willing to give .
I'm currently 5'3 and weigh 133 lbs. I've been told i'm "solid" so that's why I don't look like how much I weigh. I guess I've become more aware of being fit because I notice I once was in a range of 122-125 lbs now i'm 133 . I would love to be back in my comfortable weight range but most importantly I would like to eat more healthy (substitute my sweets) , become more toned and defined. I look forward to meeting like minded individuals!
