Im Rachel, and ive used MFP a couple times before. The goal this time: focus on only doing things that benefit my body. I forget so often that my body is a temple and that ill only ever have one, so i have to cherrish it! Ive had restricting tendencies in the past, as well as purging. Its hard to do things the right way, but the benefits are much more rewarding. So this year, its not about how good i look in a swimsuit or the number on the scale (though i do find solace in them). This year is about making lasting habits that benefit my body, mind, and spirit:)
