Hey there new here and I just got a treadmill

I'll be 35 this year and I would like to get in shape. For the past 10 years my weight just bounces around between 10 lbs up or down. I'd like to get down to 120-125 lbs with a toned body. Over all I'd like to be healthy. I'm cutting out the booze and I'm such a candy fiend. I love salads and bf and I have been trying to eat healthy food a lot more.

Ramble ramble, please feel free to add me I'd like to meet new friends to help keep on track or just to chat.

Oh, so I'm going to start out with treadmill 4 days a week and eventually add in weights.

Just in the process of moving to a new place these next two weeks but once I get the treadmill moved I'll be on it. :-)
