Hi everyone, in the last 3 months I have changed the way I am. I used to never work out and was rarely eating healthy. After something I hadn't expected changed my life. I decided it was time to get in shape. I found a circuit training class (Evo camp) where I go 4 times a week also they have started a weight lifting class which I attend once a week. Since I started my on journey I have lost a little over 2 stone my starting weight was 15'7 now I'm currently 13'5. It's been hard work and motivation has carried my through at times. Some days I feel like it isn't worth it but I push myself and remember why I'm doing this. Is there any tips you could share

seems like you pretty much nailed it so not sure what more to add beside being consistent and listen to your body - all the rest will fall in the right place at the right time!
