Salads. No sauce, just lemon/vinegar and maybe a hint of oil.0

Bottle gourd is 14 calories per 100 grams, and ridge gourd is 17 calories. I use a tsp of oil for cooking, so that's another 40. And lots of spices and herbs. Very low cal, very filling, and pretty decent nutrient-wise.0

Thanks everyone. I eat alot of egg whites with veggies, zucchini and cucumber noodles, and salads to fill me up. I will add these suggestions to my rotation0
