I love oatmeal, and recently discovered PB2. I think that I have figured out the most delicious way to enjoy the two together.

1/2 Cup quick cooking oats (150 calories)
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon ( 5 calories)
5 tsp. brown sugar (75 calories)
2 Tbs. PB2 (45 calories)

TOTAL= 275 calories

Combine all ingredients and microwave for 90 seconds. I stir mine every 30 seconds. SO easy and so yummy. It would be easy to meal prep, just combine and separate into baggies/containers and just add water!

    It is a pretty huge portion, but it keeps me full and still pretty low calorie.

    Wish that would keep me full. But I do it a lot, I just use almond milk instead of water.

    I use PB2 in my oatmeal, but I use milk and don't use sugar. Basically eat it completely plain.

    277 calories and 17 grams protein. And it sticks with me until lunch time

    I love PB2 in my oatmeal! I also mix in protein powder for a kick of protein.

    I just recently discovered PB2. I bought some on a whim after reading about it in the forums. I used it to make PB for my apples. Wasn't the same, but it smelled divine. I guess I just want the oily taste, lol
