    Hey! How often do you run or are you just getting into it? I run three times a week..2 short distances during the work week and a long run on Saturdays. I'm training for my first marathon at the end of the year. :)

    Hello. I usually run about 4 to 5 days a week and have done a few half marathons and 1 full marathon. Sounds like your right on track. Just maintain the time on your feet and incorporate the long run once a week.

    I used to run 5 days non stop but I sprained my knee twice in 2013. Now I do the run/walk method with running more and walking less. It works for me and I've had no injuries since 2013! I actually run with a local running group so that helps.
