gained though doing everything right

So I was doing good. Thus week I gained 2.5 pounds. I have been eating clean. Keeping calories under goal & exercise. What the hell?????!!!!!

    2.5 lbs is really not that much. BREATHE! :) Could be water weight and nothing to worry about. If it becomes a trend then examine any changes in your habits, measurements/tracking, scale batteries... and so on.

    Track your progress in more than one way - don't just focus on the scale weight.
