Great Expectations

After fighting the good fight of weight all my life, I found I was losing the battle for the last 10 years, so I just decided what will be will be until, this last year I have come to find out that it's too hard being so heavy at my age 56. I am not able to move and bend the way I am used too and finding myself getting tired. I now realize it's too hard to be old and heavy so I have to change that and start living the much younger age that I feel inside. If there are any people that are in my age range and understand the diffculities in losing weight over 50 that could offer support I would love it!
